Description
Moai men are the stone statues created by the Rapa Nui people of Easter Island around 1400 A.D. They were carved from Volcano, and the word ‘Moai’ means "so he can exist", a reference to honour the tribesmen who had passed away.
We have recreated these statues with natural soy wax to produce a lovely decor item that would add a touch of mystery to all contemporary surroundings. The natural frosting of soy wax creates a weathered stone impression that provides a natural, authentic look and feel.
